Hi, I’m Kristie Allen.
After 14 years as a photographer, I’ve lived through just about every season a creative business can bring — the doubt, the overwhelm, the late nights, and the joy of finally seeing your work connect with clients. I’ve also invested thousands of dollars along the way: I hired a marketing firm that didn’t deliver as promised, purchased classes, joined forums, paid for mentoring, joined a mastermind (that one was amazing), and attended conferences. Some of those investments paid off. Others? Not so much. But every single one shaped how I mentor today.
I started mentoring because I know how lonely this journey can feel. I also know what it’s like to take courses that leave you inspired but still unsure of how to actually apply what you’ve learned. My approach is different: hands-on, step-by-step guidance you can immediately put into practice in your own business.
The highs and lows don’t disappear, but they look different when you trust the One who called you to this work in the first place. Faith is part of everything I do, including how I run my business and how I mentor others.
